This appointment rescinds all previous appointments, if any, and the authorization contained herein shall remain in full force and effect until it is cancelled in writing. VISC is authorized to negotiate changes and may request information from you regarding our policies. To the extent you need our authorization or direction to release any such information, this letter directs and authorizes you to furnish such information to representatives of VISC.
